Swim Lessons

Join us for a splashing good time as we guide you through the fundamentals of swimming. With small class sizes, you'll receive personalized attention from our talented instructors. Pre-register at least one week in advance online. 

FRRPD Aquatics offers swim classes for all ages and abilities. Classes are designed to allow swimmers to develop good habits in, on, and around the water,  to become comfortable in the water, to learn and refine new strokes, and to become stronger, safer swimmers.

Each sessions are designed to offer (8) 30- minute classes M-Th over the course of  a two week period

SESSION 1 | June 10 - June 20 

SESSION 2 | June 24 - July 3

SESSION 3 | July 8 - July 18

SESSION 4 | July 22 - August 1

SESSION 5 | August 5 - August 8 *Private Lessons only 

 

Pre-K: Introduction to Water Skills

  • Students will learn to feel comfortable in the water and safely enjoy it.
  • Recommended Ages: 3-5

Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills

  • Students will learn to feel comfortable in the water, while developing controlled breathing, and basic locomotion skills
  • Recommended Ages: 5-7

Level 2: Swim Fundamentals

  • Introduction of swim strokes to develop confidence and endurance as novice swimmers
  • Recommended Ages: 5-8

Level 3: Stroke Development

  • Additional guided practice to help students improve swimming skills.
  • Recommended Ages: 7 and older

Private Lessons

  • One-on-one personal instruction for all ages/skill levels
