ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
 

Finance Manager

Status: Full-Time / Exempt

FRRPD is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to oversee the District’s accounting and financial operations. Key duties include payroll, accounts payable/receivable, budget development, financial reporting, internal controls, audit coordination, and management of benefit-related financial processes. The Finance Manager also maintains the general ledger, prepares financial statements, and supports long-range financial planning and CIP tracking.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • AS degree in Accounting + 3 years experience, or 5 years financial/bookkeeping experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP and governmental accounting
  • Experience with payroll, auditing, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

Starting Salary: $70,720 annually
