Aqua Fit Classes
Aqua Fitness classes provide a low-impact, full-body workout led by a trained instructor. This is a group water aerobics class that focuses on strength, cardio, and flexibility and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Aqua Fit classes are held at a heated outdoor pool. Due to being outdoors, they are submit to the elements including rain, wind, cold, and heat.
Classes are seasonal and typically start in the spring and end in the fall each year. No classes are held in winter months.

Daily drop-in fee must be paid in person at the pool. Daily fee must be paid in cash. Small bills are appreciated!
Memberships can be purchased in the following ways:

- Through the FRRPD District Office
- In person at the FRRPD District Office, 1200 Myers Street in downtown Oroville

FRRPD District Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 12:00PM and 12:30-4:00PM.
