Feather River Recreation & Park District (FRRPD) offers a variety of aquatics programs for all ages and abilities. Our programs promote water safety, fitness, and recreation through structured classes and open swim opportunities.

Aquatics Facilities
FRRPD operates two seasonal aquatics facilities:
- Thermalito Family Center – Nelson Pool
- Palermo Pool (reopening for the 2026 season)

| Aqua Fit Pass: valid for admission to Aqua Fit classes | $40 per month |
| Lap Swim Pass: valid for admission to Lap Swim times | $45 per month |
Daily drop-in fee must be paid in person at the pool. Daily fee must be paid in cash. Small bills are appreciated!
Passes can be purchased in the following ways:
- Online at FRRPD Rec Desk
- Through the FRRPD District Office
- In person at the FRRPD District Office, 1200 Myers Street in downtown Oroville
- Via phone - call the District Office at 530-533-2011
Individual Season Pass and Family Season Pass must be purchased through the FRRPD District Office and cannot be purchased online.
FRRPD District Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 12:00PM and 12:30-4:00PM.
