Offers open public swim time for individuals and families in a supervised environment.

Public swim begins on June 6, 2026, and ends on August 8, 2026, for the Summer 2026 season.
For Fall 2026, we are thrilled to offer Public Swim on Saturdays at Nelson Pool and Palermo Pool through Labor Day weekend!

Daily drop-in fee must be paid in person at the pool. Daily fee must be paid in cash. Small bills are appreciated!
Season Pass can be purchased in the following ways:
- Through the FRRPD District Office
- In person at the FRRPD District Office, 1200 Myers Street in downtown Oroville
- Via phone - call the District Office at 530-533-2011
Season Pass is valid for Public/Recreational Swim and Family Swim ONLY.
Season Pass cannot be used for swim lessons, lap swim, water fitness classes, or any other aquatic programs.
Season Pass is valid at both Nelson Pool and Palermo Pool.
FRRPD District Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 12:00PM and 12:30-4:00PM.
